I love this cousin Stacy. It just shows how we make or made our kids feel because of what we learned as kids being disciplined!
This was so on point. I felt an ache in my heart, that he would think being hit with a rock was okay. Parents don’t even understand that we perpetuate slavery every time we beat on our kids.

I love this site. It’s about time. Black people really need to have an honest conversation about what we do to our kids. Our kids are trying to tell us things and we aren’t listening. We blame and beat them down. It’s time to uplift them.
